The universal story of bread, from the powerful elements that create it to its social value. Food designer Nicole Vindel asked us to design this piece to open her series of events “Breaking Bread”. The audiovisual work we created was developed to be performed, controlling sound and images live.

The burning desire to survive, grow and share. In this work bread incarnates the will to live.

Before diving into composing the work and designing the interface to perform it, we explored the theme of bread, researching and mapping out our ideas, trying to capture the essence of the topic at hand.
